Moussaka for Tea

Low fat, of course. Topping made from low fat Greek yogurt and egg, filling made up of Quorn mince, aubergine, tomato, mixed herbs, onion, garlic and cinnamon. Very tasty.

Then 3 dates and a cup of Green Tea. A good first day - as long as I dont succumb to late night snackage......................
